Rules are usually boring, but they keep things fair for everyone. We built GetDocuTrip to help you navigate the messy world of visas without the headache. This page explains what we do, what we don't do, and how we handle your bookings. It's the "fine print," but we tried to make it actually readable.

What you get from us
Our system analyzes your visa chances using data from thousands of previous cases. We also help you put together flight and hotel itineraries that embassies actually want to see.
The reality checkWe're a tech company, not a government office or a law firm. Our AI gives you a smart estimate, but we can't promise or guarantee that any embassy will say "yes" to your visa. That part is up to them.
Booking your flights and stays
When you use GetDocuTrip to secure your travel arrangements, we act as a facilitator between you and the service providers (airlines and hotels). Here is how that works:
Flight Reservations
We book real, verifiable flight itineraries through official channels. These are specifically maintained to ensure they remain active during your visa processing period.
Note: If you need to fly on these specific tickets, make sure you've selected a "Confirmed Ticket" option, not just a "Visa Reservation."
Hotel Proof
We provide hotel vouchers that are confirmed and verifiable by the embassy. These bookings are managed to align with your travel dates and visa requirements.
Cancellation and Refunds
Since we book these through external providers, their rules apply to us. If you need to cancel a booking:
- Service fees for "Visa Reservations" are generally non-refundable once the document is issued.
- For confirmed tickets and hotel stays, the specific airline or hotel refund policy takes priority.
- We will always help you navigate the refund process, but the final decision on the amount returned rests with the provider.
Paying for your trip
The price you see on our checkout page is what you pay. No hidden "convenience fees" or surprise taxes at the end. We use secure, industry-standard payment processors so we never even see your credit card details.
Your part in this
Our AI is only as good as the info you give it. If you feed it wrong numbers or fake history, you'll get a wrong prediction. Be honest with the data you enter.
Keep in mind: The itineraries we create are for your visa application. They're real plans, but they aren't actual tickets you can use to board a plane unless you specifically bought a real ticket through our reservation feature.
Where we can't help
Immigration laws change fast. While we try to stay ahead of every update, there are two things we have to be clear about:
Visa Rejections
If an embassy denies your visa, we can't be held responsible for the lost fees or travel plans. The final call is always theirs.
Airline & Hotel Issues
If a provider cancels a flight or changes a room availability, that's between you and the provider. We'll do our best to help you coordinate, but it's their responsibility.
